update packages (ubuntu)

Hi, I update some packages in my ubuntu edgy, after this, the compiz don't work anymore, the packages was:

xserver-xorg-dev 1:1.1.1-0ubuntu12.1
xserver-xorg-core 1:1.1.1-0ubuntu12.1
linux-restricted-modules-common 2.6.17.7-10.1

Well..I have to do some thing..but what is it? I uninstall the packages or I do some thing with compiz to do makes work!
